A single piece of gold, shaped as though it cooled that way. The nugget on the Ione Nugget Necklace is threaded onto the chain rather than hung from it, so it lies flat in the hollow of the throat instead of swinging.

On a 40cm chain it is the shortest necklace in Nyx, which makes it the piece everything else layers beneath. A 5cm extender takes it down to a classic 45cm if you would rather wear it lower.
Crafted from gold plated stainless steel, it is waterproof, tarnish resistant and hypoallergenic, so it can stay on from morning coffee to the sea and back again.
Named after Ione, one of the Nereids of Greek myth. Her name means violet, the colour of the sky in the last minutes before dark.
