1. When will my order be dispatched? 

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders are not posted on weekends or Bank Holidays. All orders are dispatched from UK.

2. Do you accept returns?

Yes, You can return your item within 14 days of purchase. To start a return send an email to info@kataleya.co.uk .

3. Materials, care & warranty.

Our warranty covers 365 days for colour tarnishing on stainless steel jewellery and 60 days for breakages, stone loss, or quality issues on stainless steel jewellery.

Should any of these issues arise, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

Our goal is for you to shop with confidence and anticipation for the jewellery you will receive.

Care Tips

- Put on your jewellery last when dressing and take it off first at the end of the day. Do not sleep with your jewellery on.
- Store your jewellery separately to prevent scratches.
- Use a jewellery cloth to remove dirt
- Our jewellery comes in pouches or boxes, which are ideal for storage when not in use.
- Chemicals can affect your jewellery's integrity. Wear your jewellery after perfumes, lotions, and hair products have been absorbed.
- Regular cleaning maintains the longevity of your jewellery. For cleaning, gently buff with a jewellery cloth

Materials

All our styles are hypoallergenic. Our stainless steel jewellery has been independently lab tested for nickel release, lead and cadmium, and meets UK and EU safety limits — see the reports on our Why You Can Trust Kataleya page. It will not discolour your skin.
