Shipping Rates

Standard UK Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

• FREE on orders over £40
• £2.90 on orders under £40

Royal Mail 1st Class

• £4.09

This is an optional upgrade for faster delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, collection launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard UK Shipping: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail 1st Class: Usually the next working day after dispatch (delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Royal Mail).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

• £7.99 on orders up to £50
• FREE on orders over £50

Approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your destination country.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped from the United Kingdom to countries within the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, handling charges or other import costs imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

From 1 July 2026, additional customs processing or handling charges may apply to parcels entering the European Union in accordance with EU customs regulations.

Payment of any applicable import duties, taxes, customs handling fees or other import charges may be required before your order is released for delivery.

Kataleya Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary depending on the destination country and local customs regulations.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused, not accepted, unclaimed or returned due to unpaid customs charges, we will refund the order value after deducting:

• the original shipping charge (where applicable);
• any return shipping costs;
• any customs duties, taxes, handling fees or administrative charges incurred.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Orders shipped from the United Kingdom to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges required by US Customs.

These charges are reflected in our shipping rates where applicable. Customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel is refused, not accepted, unclaimed or returned to us, we will refund the order value after deducting:

• the original shipping charge;
• any return shipping costs;
• any customs duties, taxes or handling fees paid on your behalf that cannot be recovered.

Kataleya Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
