1. When will my order be dispatched? 

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders are not posted on weekends or Bank Holidays. All orders are dispatched from UK.

2. Do you accept returns?

3. Materials, care & warranty.

Our warranty covers 180 days for colour tarnishing on stainless steel jewellery and 60 days for breakages, stone loss, or quality issues on stainless steel, sterling silver, and brass jewellery.

Should any of these issues arise, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

Our goal is for you to shop with confidence and anticipation for the exquisite jewellery you will receive.

Care Tips

- Put on your jewellery last when dressing and take it off first at the end of the day. Do not sleep with your jewellery on.
- Do not wear jewellery while showering, swimming, or using a sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi to prevent chemical exposure that could tarnish or damage the item.
- Store your jewellery separately to prevent scratches.
- Use a jewellery cloth to remove dirt; oil and dirt accumulation can temporarily darken the jewellery.
- Our jewellery comes in pouches or boxes, which are ideal for storage when not in use.
- Do not store jewellery in the bathroom.
- Chemicals can affect your jewellery's integrity. Wear your jewellery after perfumes, lotions, and hair products have been absorbed.
- Regular cleaning maintains the longevity of your jewellery. For cleaning, gently buff with a jewellery cloth or a dry cloth, avoiding cotton or microfibre materials.

Stainless Steel

The majority of our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel as the base metal. Stainless steel is durable against water, meaning it won't tarnish or rust. While stainless steel jewelry is water-resistant, the plating may dull and lose its color over time. By adhering to our jewelry care advice, you can enjoy your pieces for years.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver and gold-plated jewellery typically retain their lustre for about two years before the plating starts to tarnish and wear away. Nevertheless, adhering to our care recommendations can significantly prolong the lifespan of your jewellery.

Brass

Some of our pieces feature a brass base metal, and by adhering to our jewelry care recommendations, these items can be enjoyed for an extended period.
